Stephanie Lu is a student majoring in Animation & VFX at Westphal College of Media Arts & Design, Drexel University. Over the years studying in college, she gained proficiency with 3D modeling, texturing, and character animating. She worked on various animation projects using software not limited to Maya, Photoshop, Premiere, and After Effects. Stephanie aims to use her creative skills and experiences to tell inspiring stories through animations, games, movies, and film. Before 3D, Stephanie began drawing traditionally in middle school and moved on to create digital illustrations in eighth grade. Today, she is still adding on to her unique art style, experimenting with drawing her original characters, environments, and still life. She hopes to improve her knowledge of anatomy and color with photo studies, sketching daily, and, of course, watching YouTube tutorials. In her free time, she enjoys drawing while watching Netflix, video gaming for hours, and getting too immersed with cooking her midnight meal. On some weekends she would visit her grandma to enjoy more nostalgic foods. When she’s outside, she enjoys taking photos of friends, family, food, and most frequently, the sky.
